We appreciate your purchase from Zenova. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Return Policy (30 Days)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and hygiene goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement product.


5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU:
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
